Goodfellow

Goodfellow, is a comic/graphic novel and 2D animated concept I have been working on with talented artist, and one of my partners at Pirate Size Productions, Simon Howe. It has been my first attempt at a comic and I’ve loved it! Although, I must confess, what I discovered in writing the first edition, is that writing comics can be much slower than writing for the stage or the screen (which is what I’m used to). My reasoning (justification) for this is that a writer working on comics or graphic novels must also play the role of the director, and think increadibly carefully about what each scene/panel entails, as well as the message in conveys.
